What the quote adds

The quote adds to the list what the customer pays for: Labor by length or as a fixed amount, Other items such as removing the old fence or delivery, and a Tax rate on the subtotal. Fence Calc never applies a tax rate you have not entered.

Your details

Your details on the quote (name, phone, email, validity note) are entered once and printed at the top of every quote.

Number and frozen prices

The quote takes its number the first time you tap Share the PDF. From then on its prices are frozen: a later change to a supplier's price list does not change it. New number and date takes a new number and date at today's prices. Lines without a price stay off the quote, and the app lists them before sharing.
